Do you have some ideas about how we could improve the organization at the courts (especially in the open play at the city sessions) , or during the sign up process for our club sessions? Perhaps in your travels you have been exposed to a different way of doing things that you thought was good. Please share on this platform what you saw and how it worked. We all know it is stressful to sign up so no need to mention that, but how do other clubs do it that works better? At the courts, how do we ensure that we are all getting good games? How do we ensure players are playing with others of similar skill level (which makes for the best games usually) How do we make things as fair as possible? Please share your constructive ideas on HOW.
